Our name begins with a person. Born in Gaziantep in 1953, our founder grew up around the craft of baklava before refining his skills in Istanbul.

Today, that story continues in London through our baklava, patisserie, breakfast selections and gift boxes. A Turkish tradition, shared one visit at a time.
